Fantastic experience. After the initial consultation she got straight to it and cleaned out both ears explaining what she was doing. I can hear properly again. She also provided some good advice to avoid in the future. Great experience Highly recommended

Had the absolute pleasure of seeing Dr Priya Carling (West Malling) today. After being let down a matter of hours before, she managed to fit me in.. I could not be more grateful to her. She was incredibly professional, kind & explained everything she done before actioning it. Genuinely wouldn’t go to anybody else, my hearing is the best it’s ever been!! Couldn’t recommend Dr Carling enough - such a lovely lady & amazing at what she does. Thankyou so much for all your help and hard work. Wish I could give more stars. 🙂

Dr Carling was so brilliant and kind with my young daughter whose ear wax was causing her pain. She squeezed us into her clinic to ensure my daughter was seen and very quickly removed the wax. My nervous daughter was quickly reassured and pain free! Thank you for such fantastic service!!

My mother has hearing difficulties but found that the NHS hearing aids just weren't quite doing it for her. Thanks to a recommendation, we went to Kent Hearing to seek help. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and a level of professionalism you could only wish for. My mother was soon put at ease and after a short time was fitted for bespoke hearing aids. We returned when the aids had been made and the staff were very understanding and patient while explaining how to instal, remove and recharge the aids. We have returned twice since, purely as part of the service, to check to see how my mother was getting on with them and whether any adjustments needed to be made. I could not recommend Kent Hearing highly enough!!

Professional and efficient, Dr Carling personally answered the phone when I rang the clinic. She fitted me in on a Saturday when she was supposed to be doing admin catch-up and was very quick yet thorough with the procedure (standard wax removal micro suction).

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - Priya fitted me in quickly, she’s very knowledgeable and put me at ease ⭐️

If I could give more stars I would. Needed to get my son seen ASAP due to a surgery and Priya and her team got me in quickly and were so efficient. Made us feel so welcomed and gave us all the undivided attention. I would definitely come back in the future!

I was seen the day off booking for an ear wax removal which I was so grateful for. The service was speedy and was in lovely care. Would 100% recommend!

This was my 2nd time seeing Dr Priya for an earwax microsuction. She very quickly removed the build up of wax & offered advise regarding acute pain I have been experiencing in one of my ears. It is apparent that she is very experienced and knowledgable in her field and she creates a very relaxed and warm atmosphere for her patients. I will be using Dr Priya for future microsuctions.
