My mother has hearing difficulties but found that the NHS hearing aids just weren't quite doing it for her. Thanks to a recommendation, we went to Kent Hearing to seek help. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and a level of professionalism you could only wish for. My mother was soon put at ease and after a short time was fitted for bespoke hearing aids. We returned when the aids had been made and the staff were very understanding and patient while explaining how to instal, remove and recharge the aids. We have returned twice since, purely as part of the service, to check to see how my mother was getting on with them and whether any adjustments needed to be made. I could not recommend Kent Hearing highly enough!!

Professional and efficient, Dr Carling personally answered the phone when I rang the clinic. She fitted me in on a Saturday when she was supposed to be doing admin catch-up and was very quick yet thorough with the procedure (standard wax removal micro suction).

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - Priya fitted me in quickly, she’s very knowledgeable and put me at ease ⭐️

Good hearing test, lots of tests done to find out any problems with my ears. Would recommend to all people with any sort of hearing issues

If I could give more stars I would. Needed to get my son seen ASAP due to a surgery and Priya and her team got me in quickly and were so efficient. Made us feel so welcomed and gave us all the undivided attention. I would definitely come back in the future!

I was seen the day off booking for an ear wax removal which I was so grateful for. The service was speedy and was in lovely care. Would 100% recommend!

This was my 2nd time seeing Dr Priya for an earwax microsuction. She very quickly removed the build up of wax & offered advise regarding acute pain I have been experiencing in one of my ears. It is apparent that she is very experienced and knowledgable in her field and she creates a very relaxed and warm atmosphere for her patients. I will be using Dr Priya for future microsuctions.

Dr Priya Carling. Is a caring, thoughtful, kind person. I was suffering with a bad earache. Because of wax buildup in my ear. When I called Kent hearing, she squeezed me into her appointments. The next day my ear was so impacted that Dr Priya could not finish it in one day. She then booked me in for another appointment on that second appointment. She was successful in removing all of the impacted wax skin and hair that had built up. She came into work and done this for me on her day off. She is one in a million. Like I said at the beginning of this review, she is a very caring, thoughtful kind person. If there is anyone suffering with anything to do with their ears I would advise you to go see Dr Priya Thank you very much again for all that you’ve done. I’m now out of pain and can’t sleep again. An extremely welcoming, friendly, and very professional approach - Visited with my young daughter and she was made to feel at ease, and in very safe hands. Priya is a true expert in her field, and I highly recommend. A visit yesterday gave a diagnosis, and helpful advice and support moving forward, giving the direction and information that was needed. I have nothing but praise for Dr Carling! We visited early April for my Son to have microsuctiom on his ears. To say the least, he was extremely nervous and we had lots of tears, but with Dr Carling's patience and her kind manner, he had his ears cleaned and even said he enjoyed it in the end!
