Dr Carling was delighted to speak at the Valley Invicta Primary School Careers Fair, held at Capital Space Kings Hill earlier this month. The fair was very well attended by 9-10-year-olds from the school, who spent the morning listening to speakers from a wide range of business based at Capital Spaces’ offices on Churchill Square.
Dr Carling spoke about audiology as a potential career choice, the many benefits and challenges that audiologists face in their day-to-day work and how young people interested in audiology can discover more about it as they start to make decision about their future careers.
“They were a very bright and lively group of young people and asked some extremely intelligent and perceptive questions” commented Dr Carling. “It was a pleasure to be able to speak to them and congratulations to the team at Capital space for hosting such a worthwhile event.”
