We are delighted to have achieved Care Quality Commission registration, providing additional re-assurance about the very high standards of patient-centred care and safety that we offer to all our patients at Kent Hearing. Only a handful of audiology practices in Kent have achieved CQC registration, and we are very pleased that our efforts to provide the very highest quality in hearing care and diagnostics for both adults and children of all ages has been recognised.
The Care Quality Commission is an independent public body, sponsored by the Department of Health and Social Care, whose purpose is to monitor and regulate health and social care services in England
Dr Priya Carling AuD, RHAD commented: “The process of registration has involved detailed and rigorous audits and inspections of the practice, its processes and its systems, both in terms of patient care and business management. We were delighted to achieve registration at the first time of asking and especially pleased that the CQC inspectors made particular reference to our passion and commitment to providing the highest standards of patient-centred care.”
